One Arrested Over The Weekend

One Person was arrested over the weekend in Cocke County after a male subject was spotted slumped over in the driver’s side of a pickup parked in a driveway on Mountain Ranch Road. A female, identified as April Banks, was in the passenger side and she was observed getting out of the truck and going to a nearby trailer. Banks was wanted in Cocke County on an outstanding warrant. A sheriff’s deputy checked on the driver, who was identified as Cody Webb. Webb appeared to be passed out with his hands inside of a pizza box. Webb denied any medical treatment and was released. Banks was found in the trailer and taken into custody on her warrant.
