Remember, don’t smoke and sanitize! https://soundcloud.com/codyon923wnpc/remember-dont-smoke-and-sanitize-51721 A car accident involving alcohol, unfortunately, isn’t unusual, but this is a different story. A person in Rockland, Maryland decided to use hand sanitizer while smoking inside their vehicle, which led to the car catching on fire. Hand sanitizers contain a large amount of alcohol, making it highly flammable; the lit cigarette ignited the sanitizer made it closer to napalm than a cleaner. According to police, the motorist was taken to the hospital, where he was treated for minor burns and other non-life-threatening injuries. The vehicle, on the other hand, was “torched beyond repair.” Remember, don’t smoke and sanitize. Share
