Altercation At Sparkle Car Wash Sends Man To Hospital

A man was transported to the hospital Tuesday night after he was found passed out overdosed in a vehicle. Police had been called to the Sparkle Car Wash about two people in a black car involved in an altercation. When an officer arrived, they found a man slumped over in the seat of that vehicle. 29 year old Devon Bailey was given two doses of Narcan and was then transported to the Newport Medical Center. Heather Atwell was determined to be the other person in that altercation. Neither party was charged in that incident.
