Attempted Carjacking At ETSU Parking Garage

Law enforcement in Johnson City are still looking for a man who is wanted for an attempted carjacking at East Tennessee State Wednesday afternoon. About 1pm yesterday, a man wearing a black hoodie, black sweatpants and sporting a black mask tried to carjack a vehicle on the first level of the main ETSU parking garage. The suspect fled from the scene. That man is still on the run and is considered to be armed and dangerous.
