Cosby Man Suspected Of Throwing Fireworks At School
A warrant has been issued for a Cosby man who is suspected of throwing out fireworks in front of a school. Shortly before 8am Thursday morning a black truck pulled into Smoky Mountain Elementary and dropped off two students. The driver of that truck then pulled away, but dropped something out the window, which exploded in the driveway of the school. Then around 4:40 pm the same afternoon, a man on a motorcycle pulled into the driveway of Smoky Mtn. Elementary at the main entrance and stopped next to the mailbox. The driver of the motorcycle threw down a package on the ground and drove away. The package began smoking and then began exploding due to firecrackers being inside the package. School security cameras caught both incidents and Justin Bryan Worley of Cosby is believed to be the offender. A warrant has been taken out for his arrest for Disorderly Conduct.
