Domestic Disturbance

Newport police had to deal with a domestic disturbance early Monday morning. Officers were dispatched out to a home on Clifton Heights Road where Keshia Cutshaw told police that her former boyfriend Kenneth Ramsey.. whom she had not legally evicted from that home had entered the residence and made threats to her and another person in the home. Ramsey told police that he had a temporary restraining order out against Ms. Cutshaw.. and that he had experienced car trouble and walking down Clifton Heights Road when Ms. Cutshaw came out of the house with a knife and chased him down the road. Both Ramsey and Cutshaw were separated and advised to stay away from each other.. and Cutshaw was given advise on how to legally evict Mr. Ramsey from the home.
