Golf Cart Stolen From Campground

Roamstead Smoky Mountain Campground on Hooper Highway in Cosby is trying to find the person who stole one their golf carts. An employee at Roamstead stated that the golf cart was taken between the hours of 8pm on July 10 and 8am on July 11. The campground does have security cameras, but did not record anything substantial to help with identifying a suspect. That gold cart is black in color with a red front fender, a grey bench seat, and a black “Roamstead” sticker located on the front right windshield. It is valued at $4500.
