Greene County Woman Charged With 2nd Degree Murder

Also in Greene County, after a 13 month investigation…police are charging a woman with second degree murder. That charge dates back to February of 2021. 31 year old Amanda Waldroupe faces that charge for her role in an overdose death. In addition to the murder charge, Waldroupe is facing a single count of delivering Schedule II narcotics. Her arrest earlier today comes three days after prosecutors presented evidence to a Grand Jury. Waldroupe is in the Greene County Detention Center on a $200,000 bonds and will appear in criminal court on April1.
