HCSO Looking For Missing Man

The Hamblen County Sheriff’s office is asking for the public’s help in finding a man who has not been seen in four months. The family of 32 year old Bobby Joe Hipsher reported him missing from his Hamblen County residence on June 19. The last time he was seen by his family was back on March 15 of this year. Bobby Joe Hipsher is 6’5″ and weighs 191lbs, with brown eyes and curly brown hair. The family says his hair may have been dyed platinum blonde. He also has a birth mark on his left hand, between his thumb and forefinger. HIpsher has mental health and medical issues, but is considered to be non-violent.
