JCAP Program For Jail

Last week the Cocke County Sheriff’s office announced their new JCAP program for the jail. JCAP is the acronym for Jail Chemical Addiction Program. The Sheriff’s office says this program will help jail inmates get the treatment needed to get back to a good civilian life. The Sheriff’s office says they have applied for a $200,000 grant to help with other in jail rehab programs.
