Luca Graham Resigns

Lucas Graham, the director of the Cocke County Partnership, has tendered his resignation from that organization. Graham turned in his resignation to the Cocke County Economic Development Board earlier this week. Graham’s resignation after over eight years at the helm of the Partnership, comes on the heels of a lawsuit that was filed by the Cocke County Partnership against its former Finance Director, Sommer White. Rick Vassar, a commissioner on the CLB, had been named on that lawsuit along with his wife Cindy. Both Vassar and his wife were dropped from the lawsuit shortly after it was filed.

The Cocke County Partnership had some of its greatest success in attracting business to the county during Graham’s tenure. Lucas Graham’s last day on the job was not announced.
