Man Arrested For Selling Meth
A Cocke County man was arrested over the weekend for selling meth. Law enforcement had been notified that a man wanted on an outstanding warrant was near the Citgo gas station at the corner of Hwy 25/70 and Douglas Ave. The vehicle was pulled over near the intersection of Melton Road and Graham Street. 48 year old Terry Pack was found laying down in the front seat while a female drove the car. Pack was found with a set of digital scales and nearly $900 in cash. Pack was taken into custody on his warrants, but before being taken into jail, pack told officers he did not want a charge of introduction into a penal facility, so he tole them about the meth he had hidden in his boot. The meth equaled up to 4 grams. Pack is charged with possession of schedule II narcotics with intent to sell, along with his other outstanding charges.
