Man Arrested For Theft And Possession

Another traffic stop at the Clevenger Cut-off Road resulted in another arrest and a stolen vehicle. 28 year old Timothy Davis was driving with a license plate turned up where it could not be read. Davis was in possession of a cigarette pack that contained folded pieces of paper and small plastic bags with 1.7 grams of crystal meth. A plastic sandwich bag with 18 grams of marijuana was also located inside the vehicle’s center console. A check with dispatch found the plate did not match the vehicle which turned out to be stolen out of Ohio. Davis was arrested and charged with possession with intent to sell methamphetamine, possession of schedule VI drugs and theft of property value over $1,000.
