Man Arrested With Meth And Heroin

The Cocke County Sheriff’s office arrested a man on Thursday with a substantial amount of drugs. Arrested was 26 year old Justin Patterson. He was in possession of 2 ounces of methamphetamine plus 5 grams of heroin and fentanyl. Patterson faces numerous charges that include Sale and delivery of meth and heroin, Driving while in possession of methamphetamine, reckless driving and probation violation. He is being held in the Cocke County jail on a $500,000 bond.
