Man Has Close Call On Railroad Tracks
A man had a close call with railroad tracks in Morristown. Friday evening, Timothy Lipe of Russellville told authorities that he was stuck in traffic heading northbound on South Cumberland when he became stuck by traffic on the railroad tracks. At that point the railroad warning arms began to come down, so he maneuvered to where he could get off the tracks, but the second railroad arm came down on his 2022 Nissan Pathfinder, shattering the back window. No damage was done to the railroad arm and Lipe was able to get off the railroad tracks in time.
