Man Passed Out In Parking Lot Arreted

A man was arrested after being spotted in the parking lot of Brock’s Market sitting in a running vehicle, passed out at the wheel. 68 year old James Jenkins was awakened by a police officer, and stated that he had taken pills causing him to pas out. Inside the vehicle. police found 1.77 grams of methamphetamine along with assorted pills including Suboxone, Gabapentin and Buprenorphine. Jenkins was taken into custody and charged with manufacture, sale, delivery or possession of meth, along with three counts of possession of Schedule III narcotics.
