Man’s Actions Burn Former Employer

A Cocke County woman who owns a cleaning company told the Cocke County Sheriff’s department that an employee she had terminated is responsible for not only stealing but destroying over $1,000 worth of her cleaning companies’ property. Jennifer West, who owns Baby Bear Cleaning and Southern Charm Cleaning says she had terminated 28 year old Zachary Sanchez, who had not returned items in his possession like towels, washcloths, sheets, bath mats and the like that belong to her cleaning company. West says that she saw Sanchez had posted on Facebook a picture of items being set on fire and he had tagged the company in the initial post. Deputy Rodney Hazelwood said he indeed did observe what appeared to be towels burning in the pictures that had been posted. No arrest has been made yet in that case.
