Missing Man found Deceased

A man that was listed as missing by the Jefferson County Sheriff’s office has been found, dead. The sheriff’s office had put out a notice asking for the public’s help in finding 68 year old Randy Foland, who had last been seen walking on Scarlett Toad in Dandridge on Thursday, February 6th. The Jefferson County Sheriff’s office says that earlier today, Randy Foland’s body was found deceased in a pond on the family farm. His body has been transported to the Knoxville Forensics Center to have an autopsy performed to determine a cause of death. The death is under investigation.
