Morristown Drive By Shooting Reported

A drive by shooting in Morristown Sunday morning. Jana Williams called police stating that someone had shot through her home’s living room window with a bullet hole in the back of her couch. Two other people were in the home at the time of the shooting. Police discovered the entry point for the bullet entering the home…which was to the right of a front window. The bullet hole is from a 9mm firearm, two 9mm casings were found in the driveway. Williams stated her son Zach Williams, who has gang affiliations, was recently arrested and thought the drive by shooting could be connected. Detectives with the Morristown police department are investigating that shooting.
