Newport Planning Commission Meets Today

The Newport Area Planning Commission will meet today for their monthly meeting. Several things on the agenda this evening…including…approving the plan for a planned unit development or PUD on Old Knoxville Highway and they will also seek to approve a lot subdivision of the property at 229 Belton Avenue. That meeting of the planning commission and board of zoning and appeals will start at 3:30 today at Newport City Hall.
