Police Respond To 2 Overdoses in Morristown

Two more overdoses in the area…these in Morristown this week. A woman called police to report her husband…35 year old Dyllan Lychlyter was unconcious. She stated that he has a prescription for and takes Clonidine, which is a high blood pressure medication. She stated her husband took 3 pills when he normally should take two.

Also, Morristown police and EMS responded about a female subject on Hugh Drive the had OD’d. Crews found 37 year old Kellie Marie Cody at the residence. She was conscious after being given Narcan before emergency responders arrived. She was placed on a stretcher and transported to the Morristown Hamblen ER…Drug paraphernalia as well as a small baggy with a powder substance were in plain view in the home. Police suspect the substance in the baggy was heroin.
