Road Rage Leads To Stabbing In Sevier County

Sevier County police are investigating a road rage incident that happened Tuesday afternoon on Chapman Highway. That road rage incident turned into a stabbing about 4pm yesterday. According to the Sevier County Sheriff’s office, what is believed to be a silver in color 4 door Toyota Tundra was involved and left the scene. Police say the vehicle could be a more gray than silver Toyota Tacoma. Sevier County Fire Department officials say the victim of that road rage incident was stabbed in the chest and had to be transported to a local hospital for treatment. They were not able to confirm that person’s condition, nor their identity. Police say the the suspect was dressed in a dark hoodie with white lettering and black basketball shorts. Anyone with information about that stabbing is being asked to call the Sevier County Sheriff’s office.
