Three Individuals From Tennessee Arrested For Crime Spree In Madison Co.
Three people from Tennessee, including two teenagers, are being charged in a crime spree that happened in neighboring Madison County, NC. Authorities in Madison County have been investigating a rash of break-ins recently. Sheriff Buddy Harwood says they have had over 48 break ins of cars and outbuildings all over the county. He says three people are responsible for terrorizing the county over the last few weeks. Harwood says the three individuals from Tennessee rented an Airbnb and used it as their point of operation. The trio would commit the crimes between 2 & 4:30am. Harwood says the three are responsible for crimes in four different states.
The three individuals are 18 year old Noah Lee Runyon who is charged with 24 counts of breaking and entering a motor vehicle, four counts of larceny of a firearm, five counts of felony larceny, two counts of breaking and entering.
38 year old Kevin Phillip Craig who is charged with 14 counts of breaking and entering a motor vehicle, one count of larceny of a firearm, one count of felony larceny, one count of financial card theft and four counts of misdemeanor larceny.
18 year old Breanna Leach. She is charged with 11 counts of breaking and entering a motor vehicle, two counts of felony larceny, two counts of breaking and entering, 1 count of financial card theft and four counts of misdemeanor larceny.
The Madison County Sheriff’s office says additional charges could also be filed.
