Three Injured In Single Vehicle Crash On I-40

Three people were sent to the Jefferson City Medical Center after being involved in a one car accident Saturday. The Dandridge Fire Department and Rescue squad were dispatched Saturday afternoon to mile marker 424 on westbound Interstate 40. Crews found a vehicle that had rolled over on the interstate blocking all of the inside lane and part of the outer lane. Traffic was routed onto the shoulder. Three individuals were injured in that crash and were transported to the hospital. No word on their condition. The Tennessee Highway Patrol is investigating that accident.
