Three Juveniles Arrested For Burglary
Three juveniles are now in custody in Greene County after breaking into a Dollar General store Friday. this happened in the Camp Creek area. According to the Greene County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to an alarm at the Dollar General on the 107 Cutoff around 1am (Friday) morning, Upon arrival, they found the front door to the store had been broken out and someone had entered. Video footage showed three suspects dressed in black, breaking put the door and going inside. Deputies searched the area but could not find the suspects. However, a short time later, a concerned citizen called 911 saying they had seen three suspicious males dressed all in black on Camp Creek Road.
Deputies used a thermal imaging camera to locate two of the individuals and a third was soon apprehended. All are teenage boys, two are 15 and one is 16. They are all three from the Free Will Baptist Family Ministries, which is a residential group home for juveniles. the boys had left the facility in the Camp Creek area undetected. All three are being charged with burglary and are due to appear in court at a later date.
