Tidal Wave Auto Spa Opens…Driver Promptly Damages Landscaping

The new Tidal Wave Auto Spa opened on Wednesday, and it didn’t take long for a problem. Management at the spa told police that an older male driver in a light colored newer model SUV drove into the facility. The driver attempted to turn into the vacuum area without purchasing a wash. In doing so, the driver ran over the curb and damaged fresh sod that had just recently been laid. When confronted, the man made derogatory comments, then attempted to leave. While exiting the vacuum area, the driver did so by traveling over another curbed area and where he damaged more fresh sod. Tidal Wave staff did not get a tag number on the vehicle but will be on the lookout for the…shall we say sod buster.
