Two Arrested For Domestic Assault

Deputies were dispatched to an area near Janice’s Diner in Cosby on Sunday about two people in an altercation at the diner that resulted in a woman chasing a man down the road striking him. Deputies caught up with the two individuals on Penland Drive. Both the male subject, 21 year old Tray Turner and the female, 23 year old Sicily Balboa had marks on them from the altercation. Both ere finally arrested for domestic assault as deputies could not determine who was the primary aggressor. Balboa was also wanted in Cocke County on an outstanding warrant.
