Verbal Argument Leads To Drug Arrest
A verbal argument between two females led to the arrest of one of them for drugs. Police were called to the Dollar General on Old Hwy 411 where they found 36 year old Savannah Green in the passenger seat of a vehicle. When deputies asked what happened, Ms. Green began screaming at the deputy…to the point she had to be detained, Deputy Jacob Damron asked the driver of the vehicle if Green had taken anything to make her act that way and was told that Green takes meth. During a search of the vehicle two bags were found…one of them was Savannah Green’s. That bag contained a gram of methamphetamine plus strings used in the injection of illegal narcotics. A cleat burnt pipe for smoking illegal drugs was also found. Savannah Green was arrested and charged with possession of schedule II narcotics…on the way to jail she head butted the inside window of the patrol car causing a bump on her forehead.
