Woman Arrested For Public Intoxication

Newport police were called Tuesday afternoon about a woman rummaging through the trash cans at Burger King. Police found 26 year old Anjelica Roberts digging in the trash. Roberts was clearly intoxicated with slurred speech and struggling to keep her eyes open. She was arrested and charged with public intoxication.
