Cosby Woman Arrested for Misuse of 911

A Cosby woman was arrested Tuesday for misuse of 911. According to the Cocke County Sheriff’s office 28 year old Christian Ball had called 911 two different times requesting help because her face was melting…to which EMS was dispatched. Ball continued to call 911 also requesting the Army to come and check under her house because someone was under there and every time she slept someone pulled her leg. Cocke County Sgt. Heath Willis was dispatched out to the home on Rock Pile Way where he found Christian Ball laughing hysterically in the front yard. She told him the army was there checking under her house. When Willis asked her is she had taken any illegal narcotics, she shook nodded yes. Ball did not need medical care as her face was not melting…she was transported to the Cocke County jail where she was booked for misuse of 911 and public intoxication.
