Hawkins County Grand Jury Indicts Woman

A grand jury in Hawkins County has indicted a woman on drug charges as well as murder charges. 34 year old Rebecca Ann Pressley was indicted last week on charges related to the June 2021 death of Vicky Marie Lee. That investigation alleged the Pressley sold methamphetamine to Lee, who then late died after using the drug. The grand jury indicted Pressley on charges of second-degree murder, possession of meth with intent to sell or deliver and drug paraphernalia. Pressley was arrested late last week and is now in the Hawkins County jail awaiting an appearance in court.
