2012 Jeep Wrangler Stolen Sunday

A woman reported to police that her vehicle had been stolen. The woman stated that around 4am Sunday morning her 2012 4 door Jeep Wrangler began to overheat, so she pulled it to the side of the road on Hwy 25/70 near the 432 exit in Newport. She stated she intended to retrieve the vehicle after she got off work. However when she returned the Jeep was gone. Newport officers contacted surrounding towing companies, but they all stated they had not towed that vehicle. The 2012 four-door Jeep Wrangler is silver in color with 35 inch tires and a silver hard top. The registered TN tag is 44AM45. If you see that vehicle, call the Newport police department.
