Run For The Wall To Come Through Cocke County

After two years not being able to ride…the “Run For The Wall” is returning for 2022. Covid of course cancelled plans for a ride in 2020 and 2021, but organizers say the ride is on for this year. The run will begin in Los Angeles on May 18th and conclude when it reaches the Vietnam War Memorial in Washington DC on May 27th. The Run For The Wall will be coming through Cocke County this year. The run will come through East Tennessee on day 7, May 24th. Riders will ride from the Strawberry Plains exit on I-40 to the Hartford exit…which is exit 447 on I-40. Hartford will be the stop just before the run stops for the night in Swannoa, NC around Asheville. The run will stop at the Citgo station in Hartford and will arrive around 2:30pm and will be in Hartford for 45 minutes before departing at 3:15. You can find out more at the website rftw.us.
