Greeneville Police Find Kidnapping Claim Unfounded

The Greenville Police Department has been looking into rumors spreading on Facebook that a kidnapping/abduction happened at the Greeneville Wal-Mart over the weekend. Police have investigated and reviewed video footage from Wal-Mart and have found no evidence that anything like that took place. They are treating the case as unfounded but if anyone had any knowledge of a kidnapping at that Wal-Mart they are being asked to call 911 in Greene County.
