Man Found Deceased

A man was found dead Wednesday morning at Feed My Sheep in Newport. Witnesses stated that 81 year old Eddie Feldner had come into Feed My Sheep at about 8:40 am Wednesday. Doris Livingston told police she checked on Mr. Feldner at 9 am and he was breathing. However, about 9:15 she noticed he had slumped against the wall. She checked and he had become cold to the touch and was not breathing. She immediately called 911. EMS transported Mr. Feldner to the Newport Medical Center where he was pronounced deceased. A detective is looking into the cause of death.
