Argument Between 2 Siblings Leads to 1 Arrest

An argument between two siblings resulted in one of them going to jail. Morristown police responded to a call on Wilson Avenue…outside they spoke with a woman 64 year old Teresa King who told officers that she and her brother who she resides with…57 year old David Cox had been arguing about her residing at that house with him…when he grabbed a shotgun and pointed it in her face…then made a threatening remark. She told police that she thought he was going to pull the trigger. More officers arrived on scene as David Cox was still holding the shotgun when the original officers arrived and approached the house. Cox ultimately complied with the officers orders to drop the shotgun. He was arrested and charged with aggravated assault.
