CCSO Searching For Break-In Suspect

The Cocke County Sheriff’s office and East Tennessee Crimestoppers are looking for an individual who recently broke into a local business. In the early morning hours of Saturday, February 28, the suspect broke into Lanes Market on Cosby Hwy by smashing the glass door open. The suspect entered the market and stole $3,000 worth of Kratom. The suspect also is said to have stolen boxes of 7-hydroxymitragynine pills, better known as 7-Oh. Those pill are illegal in the state of Tennessee. According to the sheriff’s office, the suspect did about $4,000 worth of damage to Lane’s Market.
