Fatal Shooting In Greene County

One man is dead and another injured in a double shooting in Greene County over the weekend. According to Greene County Sheriff Wesley Holt…Greene County deputies were called to a home on Jeffries Lane shortly after 4:30 Saturday morning. Deputies found 30 year old Phillip Seay deceased from apparent gunshot wounds. Another male subject whose identity was not released was also found with a gunshot wound but was alive. That person was transported via EMS to the Johnson City Medical Center. The Greene County Sheriff’s department is investigating that fatal shooting.
