Fire Destroys Mobile Home

Deputies and firefighters responded to a structure fire on Deerwood Road over the weekend. A witness stated she and her husband had noticed someone burning something in the yard before the structure had caught on fire. The mobile home in question was owned y 75 year old Linda Chesteen who lives in another structure on the property with her grandchildren. One of those grandchildren, Lisa Chesteen stated she was burning some trash on thee property earlier in the day near the mobile home. Linda Chesteen stated that the mobile home had not been lived in by anyone in some time. No one was injured but the Mobil home was destroyed.
