Numerous Firearms Missing From Carson Springs Home

The Cocke County Sheriff’s office is investigating the theft of numerous firearms from a home in the Carson Springs area. Deputies were called to the residence because a burglary was possibly in progress. The home was cleared and the home’s owner arrived. The man stated that numerous firearms were missing. Those include a Kimber 1911 9mm handgun, a Taurus PT140 Millineum .40 caliber handgun, a Ruger .22 pistol and also a Browning lever action .22 rifle. The missing firearms are worth more than $3,000. No suspects in that theft.
