Wanted Man Recently Spotted In Newport

East Tennessee Crime Stoppers is asking for the public’s help in finding a wanted individual. Michael Anthony Frank, aka “Frankie”, is wanted on two counts of violating the sex offender registry in Grainger County plus Evading Arrest in Blount County. Frank has a possible address in White Pine and was recently spotted in both White Pine and Newport. He is known to drive a black Jeep Wrangler that belongs to his girlfriend. Frank is a 36 year old white male, 5′ 4″ tall and 170 lbs and is bald.
