Knoxville Woman Arrested For Trespass

A woman was arrested at a home on Hwy 25E next to Douglas Lake. The home’s owner called the Cocke County sheriff’s office after finding someone had entered the lakeside home, moved everything around and threw several items on the floor. A deputy looked around the property and found the woman who had entered the home without permission. 34 year old Tosha Lee of Powell told the deputy that she had been picked up by a man in Knoxville, who dropped her off at that location. Lee told the deputy she was homeless and was not leaving the residence unless taken to jail. So, she was taken to jail and charged with Criminal Trespass.
