Medic Getting Ready For Dollywood Week

Medic Regional Blood Center is getting ready for one of their biggest donor drives of the year, Dollywood week. Starting on Monday, July 21 and continuing through Friday July 25, all successful blood donors will receive a free ticket to go to Dollywood. Those tickets can be used through January 4, 2026, the final day of Dollywood’s 2025 season.

Because they are expecting to have many donors that week, those wishing to give blood are being asked to make an appointment. You can do that by going to the website medicblood.org. During Dollywood week, you will not have far to go to donate blood and get the Dollywood ticket. Medic’s Mobile Blood Center will be at Wal-Mart in Newport from noon-6pm on Wednesday, July 23.
