TBI Silver Alert For Missing Sevier County Man

A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing Sevier County man. 70-year-old Richard Carper, was last seen at his home around 3pm on Monday. Mr. Carper was last seen wearing a black shirt, light blue jeans, a brown and black belt, black tennis shoes, as well as carrying a small black bag. Mr. Carper also regularly wears glasses and has tattoos of a motorcycle with wings on his upper right arm and a skeleton face on his left arm. TBI officials state that he is around 5 foot 9 also weighs about 170 pounds with blue eyes and that he is suspected to be on foot.
