Clinch-Powell To Host Meeting In Newport For Homeowners Affected By Helene
If you are a homeowner that suffered damage to your home because of Hurricane Helene in September of 2024, and you are still struggling with repairs, there may be some help available to you. The Cocke County Long Term Recovery Group says that Clinch-Powell will be holding a special meeting in Newport next week to let residents affected by Helene to know what programs are still available to them. For instance, property owners whose homes were severely damaged or destroyed by Helene may be eligible for low-to-no-cost home replacement assistance. The experts with Clinch-Powell can help match those still recovering from the storm, with the assistance they need.
The meeting hosted by Clinch-Powell will be held next Monday, March 16 from 5:30-7:30pm at the Newport Grammar School Auditorium on College Street in Newport.
