Two People Found Dead This Morning In Jefferson County

The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office investigation deaths of two people found in a home early this morning. Two people who were found at a home on Shields Ridge Road in New Market around 1:34 am this morning. Both were dead from gunshot wounds. A preliminary investigation by detectives on scene lead them to believe one of the two deceased people is the possible shooter.

The identities of the two victims has not been released and the Jefferson County Sheriff’s office says they will release more information about this case when it is available.
