Trick Or Treat At The Track

Newport Parks & Recreation department will host the 24th annual Trick or Treat at the Track Saturday night, October 30th. The event is touted as a safe alternative to door-to-door trick or treating for kids 10 and under. Trick or Treat at the Track taking place at the Newport City Park between 6-8 this Saturday night in Newport.
