Run For The Wall Comes Through Cocke County

The Run For The Wall 2022 made its way through Cocke County yesterday afternoon on its way to Washington DC. Each year a large group of patriots riding motorcycles makes their way across the country heading to the Vietnam Memorial in Washington DC just in time for Memorial Day. A good crowd showed up at the Citgo in Hartford to meet the riders as they made their way through on interstate 40. The Cocke County Sheriff’s office supplied an escort for the riders as they made their way through the county. Run For The Wall organizers presented an award to Cocke County chief deputy CJ Ball on behalf of the Sheriffs Office for its participation and support for the Wall Ride.
