Shoplifter At Food City West

Thanksgiving morning, Food City West reported a shoplifter. An Hispanic woman with a small child entered the store around 8 am. She used the self-checkout lane to ring up her items. However, the woman skip scanned items and walked out of the store without paying for over $173 worth of groceries. Employees noted the woman left in a light green colored Ford Escape with a butterfly sticker on the back driver’s side glass. The suspect has yet to be identified.
