Christmas Shipping Deadlines

If you have packages and boxes that you will be shipping for Christmas or sending out Christmas cards, the time for you to send those so they will arrive before the big day is getting short.

According to Fedex the deadline to ship something Fedex Ground to arrive before Christmas is December 14th…that’s next Wednesday. The deadlines for 3 day, 2nd day and overnight shipping are December 20, 21st and 22nd.

UPS has the same dates as Fedex for 3 day, 2 day and next day shipments…they did not give a deadline date to ship something UPS Ground.

As far as the US Postal Service, Uncle Sam says the deadline to ship USPS Retail Ground and First Class is December 17th…Priority Mail deadline is December 19th…and the deadline to ship something USPS Express to get there by Christmas is December 23rd.

Amazon says if you are buying from their site and want something shipped standard to have it there by Christmas, you need to have your order placed no later than one week from today…Thursday December 15th, Best Buy is December 16th, Kohl’s December 19th…and Apple’s deadline is December 16th.
